App: Driving Theory Test UK & NI | Developer: Bahar Uddin Raihan | Last updated: 3 October 2026
This policy explains what information Driving Theory Test UK & NI ("the app") handles. The app helps you practise for the multiple-choice part of the UK driving theory test. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the DVSA, DVLA, DVA or any government body.
Bahar Uddin Raihan (busr.bd90@gmail.com) is responsible for the app. For information collected through advertising, Google acts under its own privacy policy (see section 3).
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or precise location.
The following is stored only on your device: your selected region, best score, number of questions answered, accuracy, daily streak, the number of free mock tests used today, and settings such as dark mode, sound and vibration. We do not receive this information. It is deleted when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.
The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob (banner, interstitial and rewarded video ads). To show and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and use information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and app information, and your interactions with ads.
In the UK and the European Economic Area we ask for your consent before ads are requested, using Google's User Messaging Platform. If you do not consent, the app may show non-personalised ads, or no ads, depending on the options in the consent message. You can change your choice at any time using "Privacy & ad choices" on the home screen of the app (shown where required).
The legal basis for processing ad data in the UK is your consent. Learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and read Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
The app is intended for people aged 16 and over who are preparing for the UK theory test. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We do not sell personal information. Data that the app stores on your device stays on your device. Ad-related data is processed by Google and its partners under their own policies. Data sent by the ad SDK is encrypted in transit.
Google may process ad data outside the UK, including in the United States, under the safeguards described in its privacy policy.
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not collect personal data ourselves, requests about ad data should go to Google. You can also contact us at any time using the details below. You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Traffic rules and test details differ between England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and change over time. Always check the latest Highway Code on gov.uk. We do not guarantee that you will pass any test.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
