App: PermitPath: DMV Practice Test  |  Developer: Bahar Uddin Raihan  |  Last updated: 2 October 2026

This policy explains what information PermitPath: DMV Practice Test ("the app") handles. The app helps you practise for a driver's permit knowledge test. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency.

1. Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or exact location.

The following is stored only on your device: your selected state, your best score, number of questions answered, accuracy, daily streak, number of free mock tests used today, and settings such as dark mode, sound and vibration. We do not receive this information. It is deleted when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.

2. Advertising

The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob (banner, interstitial and rewarded video ads). To show and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and use information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and ad interactions. Ads may be personalised or non-personalised depending on your choices and the laws that apply where you live.

You can learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

3. Your choices

4. Children

The app is intended for teenagers and adults preparing for a driving permit test. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

5. Data sharing and security

We do not sell personal information. Data that the app stores on your device stays on your device. Ad-related data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, the UK, California or Canada) you may have rights to access, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. Because we do not collect personal data ourselves, requests about ad data should be directed to Google. You can contact us at any time using the details below.

7. Not legal or official advice

Traffic laws and test formats differ by state and change over time. Always check your state's official driver manual. We do not guarantee that you will pass any test.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
