This Privacy Policy explains how Bahar Uddin Raihan ("we", "us") handles information in the Merge Blocks mobile game for Android ("the App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. We do not run our own servers that store your personal data.
The following data stays only on your device (in the app's private storage): your high scores, game progress, settings (sound, vibration), theme selection, daily reward and mission progress, and in-game credits. Uninstalling the App deletes this data.
The App shows ads served by Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads). To show and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may collect and use information such as your advertising ID, IP address, device and app information (model, OS version, language), and ad interaction data. Depending on your location and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).
Where required by law, the App shows a consent message (Google User Messaging Platform) before ads are requested. You can change your choice at any time through the "Privacy Settings" link on the home screen (shown in regions where it is required). Residents of certain US states and other regions may have rights to access, delete, or opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information; you can exercise opt-out choices through the consent message and your device settings, or contact us using the email below.
Purchases (such as "Remove Ads" and "Starter Pack") are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed so we can unlock the item. Google's terms and privacy policy apply to payments.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will help resolve it.
Game data is stored locally and remains until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Data processed by Google for advertising and purchases is retained according to Google's policies. We take reasonable steps to protect the App, but no method of electronic storage is completely secure.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page, with the "Last updated" date changed accordingly.
